The apartment:
Completely new refurbished apartment in a centenary building in the heart of Barcelona.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
This apartment can be used for groups up to 10 people combinated with other two apartments situated in the same floor, also renovated from the same owner.
The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a terrace.
The apartment is provided with air conditioning, TV, music system with CD player, washing machine and microwaves, autonomous heating. Apartment size is roughly 50 square metres. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. |
| Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay three nights. Prices: 140 Euro per night, for 2 people; 165 Euro per night, for 3 people; 180 Euro per night, for 4 people. An extra cleaning fee of 30 Euro is due. Note that if the arrival is after 10:00 pm, there is an extra charge of 18 Euro. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. |
