| The surrounding area: This apartment is located in Carrer Salamanca. This fantastic apartment is only 70 metres away from the beach, with great views over the sea. It is located in the heart of Barceloneta, the original "fisherman's area" of the city. The first houses that were built in Barcelona were both in the Gothic Area and in this one, giving it a particular charm of its own. Down on the beach you will find a great number of beach bars and restaurants, which serve tasty portions of paella and local fish freshly caught. The port of Barcelona is also within a few minutes' stroll, where some of the finest seafood restaurants in the city can be found. There are lively bars and pubs of all varieties. Close by, the Gothic Area can be found, a beautiful district with 13th and 14th century buildings, with charming winding streets and stunning archways. Here you will find the Picasso Museum, the basilica of "Santa Maria del Mar", the famous "Las Ramblas", the "Palau de la Música" concert house and many other sites of interest. The area is brightened up with little boutiques, art and craft shops, "tapas" bars and cafes that take over the street with outdoor sitting space. In the other side of Barceloneta you will find the Olympic Village, with its shopping areas, casino and frenetic nightlife. There are also great connections to all parts of Barcelona, including Plaza Catalunya for tourist bus departures, and the Sagrada Familia, Antoni Gaudi's masterpiece of architectural creativity. |

The apartment is located on the ground floor. The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen corner. The apartment is provided with TV. Apartment size is roughly 25 square metres. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. |
| Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay three nights. Prices: 100 Euro per night, for 2 people; 125 Euro per night, for 3 people; 150 Euro per night, for 4 people. An extra cleaning fee of 30 Euro is due. Note that if the arrival is after 10:00 pm, there is an extra charge of 18 Euro. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. |
