This apartment is located in carrer Provença. The apartment is situated right in front of the Sagrada Familia, Antonio Gaudi's architectural masterpiece (whose construction started in the 20th century and will be finished within some decades) and Passeig de Sant Joan, with wonderful views of Gaudi's Cathedral. Right at the Sagrada Familia square, you will find the nearest metro station. There are also various bus stops just arround the corner, in Avenida Gaudi, which will take you to the city centre. There are various cafés and bars in the neighbourhood, along with supermarkets and other local shops. Just a few minunes underground to The Ramblas and all famous buildings and intereseted places to visit. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION also in front of the apartment dirctly to CITY CENTER, GOTHIC QUARTER, BEACHES... all points of the city. |

The apartment:
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (without lift). The apartment is composed by two terraces, a living room with a double sofa bed, three bedrooms (one of them with two single beds, another one with bunk beds and the other one with a Queen Size bed), one bathroom (with a tub), and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is provided with AIR CONDITIONING, Microwave, Washing Machine ,TV, refrigerator, a washing machine and a drying machine. Apartment size is roughly 80 square metres. The apartment accommodates up to 8 people. |
| Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay three nights. Prices: 125 Euro per night, for 3 people; for every extra person: 25 Euro per night. An extra cleaning fee is due: Euro 30 for up to 5 people, Euro 40 for 6-8 people. Note that if the arrival is after 10:00 pm, there is an extra charge of 18 Euro. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. |
