Here there are narrow streets, boutiques and the heart of Barcelona is only a 10-minute walk away. From here you can enjoy the beaches, wide promenades and narrow streets. The neighbourhood has plenty of excellent fish restaurants. There are good bus connections, which easily lead you to the city centre, in about 5 minutes. |

The apartment is located on the second floor (without lift).
The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a bedroom with a
single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom withn a shower.
The apartment is provided with AIR CONDITIONING, a TV set, a microwave, and a washing machine. Apartment size is roughly 55 square metres. The apartment accommodates up to 5 people. |

Minimum stay three nights. Prices: 112 Euro per night, for 2 people; for every extra person: 20 Euro per night. An extra cleaning fee of 30 Euro is due. Note that if the arrival is after 10:00 pm, there is an extra charge of 18 Euro. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. |
