The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with no lift).
The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a kitchen and a small balcony. The apartment is provided with air conditioning, washing machine and microwaves. Apartment size is roughly 30 square metres. The apartment accommodates up to 4 people. |
| Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay three nights. Prices: 125 Euro per night, for 2 people; 150 Euro per night, for 3 people; 175 Euro per night, for 4 people. An extra cleaning fee of 30 Euro is due. Note that if the arrival is after 10:00 pm, there is an extra charge of 18 Euro. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. |
