Minimum stay three nights. Prices: 125 Euro per night, for 2 people; 150 Euro per night, for 3 people; 175 Euro per night, for 4 people; An extra cleaning fee of 30 Euro is due. Note that if the arrival is after 10:00 pm, there is an extra charge of 18 Euro. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order.
