Montjuïc is only a walk away: its Castle, Catalonia National Museum, Famous Fountains and Spanish Village (Spanish monuments in Miniature, interesting shops, restaurants and bars with live music). You can easily reach the Olympic Stadiums of Barcelona 1992, Sant Jordi Palace, Botanic Gardens and other interesting corners. It is not necessary to take public transportation to visit those attractions; only if you wish to go to city centre RAMBLAS, PLAZA CATALUÑA or Gaudí Architecture, SAGRADA FAMILIA, PEDRERA, CASA BATLLO. Camp Nou is also in the surrounding area (Football stadium of Barcelona Team). |

The apartment:
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with elevator. The apartment is composed by a living room with a double sofa bed, two bedrooms (one bedroom has a double bed, the other one has two single beds), one bathroom with shower and a kitchen. The apartment is provided with autonomous heating, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and TV. Apartment size is roughly 90 square metres. The apartment accommodates up to 6 people. |

Minimum stay three nights. Prices: 175 Euro per night, for up to 4 people; 200 Euro per night, for 5 people; 225 Euro per night, for 6 people. An extra cleaning fee of 30 Euro is due. Note that if the arrival is after 10:00 pm, there is an extra charge of 18 Euro. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. |
