The apartment is composed by a living room, one bedroom, one bathroom with tub, a kitchen and a balcony. The apartment is provided with radiators, and microwaves. Apartment size is roughly 30 square metres. The apartment accommodates up to 2 people. |
| Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay three nights. Prices: 120 Euro per night, for 1/2 people. An extra cleaning fee of 30 Euro is due. Note that if the arrival is after 10:00 pm, there is an extra charge of 18 Euro. The price includes gas and electricity consumption, linen and towels. A security deposit of 150 Euro in local currency is strictly required. This amount will be refunded in full upon check out, provided everything is in order. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. |
